Is this real physical mail?

Yes. No download and no app. A real envelope is mailed from Finland to your address.

What will I receive?

A letter, a seasonal postcard, illustrated stickers and small calendar or almanac cards. Every month has a new theme.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 3 to 5 business days in Finland, 1 to 2 weeks in Europe and up to 3 to 4 weeks elsewhere. Letters leave in the third week of each month.

What if a letter gets lost?

Write to us. We will send you a new one or give your money back, whichever you prefer.

Where do you ship?

Worldwide delivery is planned. Final countries and delivery terms will be confirmed before memberships open.

Can I stop anytime?

The monthly plan is planned as flexible, month to month. Full subscription terms will be published before sales open.

Can I send it as a gift?

Yes. Gift memberships are planned for launch. Join the waitlist and we will tell you first.
